What To Expect

Worship services are casual at St Peter Episcopal Church. Many people wear jeans or dress "business casual." Our services start at 9:00 am each Sunday with the Holy Eucharist.  We offer Morning Prayer every 5th Sunday.

St John's Lutheran Church service is held in St Nicholas's Chapel at 10:00 am.

Ocean Beach Presbyterian Church is at 11:00 am in the Sanctuary.

Please join us for a joint coffee hour after each service held in the Memorial room located across from the main church building.  Everyone is welcome!

Our mission

Providing a sanctuary for worship and coming in one with christ.

We are committed in serving Outreach in our community.  Each month funds are donated to the local food banks, and over the years we have taken pride in supporting other organizations such as Food for Kids Backpacks Program, Pack 2 School, Camp Victory, Saint James Family Center, South Pacific Humane Society, Chaplains of the Harbor and MomCo.  Your donations help to serve others.

We proudly offer the Godly Play Sunday School Program, a Montessori based program that is taught by trained instructors that allow the children to enter a world of play with the stories of the Bible.  Sunday classes run from September through June at 10:15am.

We are grateful for your generosity.  When you give to St. Peter, your donation not only serves God's Mission, but provides opportunity, faithful growth for the members of our own congregation and those in need in our surrounding community.
